Coco Shrimp is bringing its Hawaiian-inspired dishes to 1301 Keller Parkway, Ste. 100, in Keller. According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new restaurant will be 3,722 square feet, and construction will conclude April 15.
What started as the only seafood-based food truck in Fort Worth has evolved into two locations in Fort Worth, one in Watauga and the other in Denton.
The menu features seven shrimp-based dishes that include coconut, sweet and spicy, butter garlic, and lemon herb flavors. Salads that feature homemade creamy ginger and poppy seed vinaigrette dressings are also available. Customers who want to round out their meal with something sweet can select from various flavors of mochi, which is a thin chewy dough with a gourmet ice cream filling.
Coco Shrimp has posted an application form on its website for the new location. www.cocoshrimp.com
