Son of a Butcher is coming to Alliance Town Center the summer of 2023, according to its website.

Son of a Butcher currently has locations in Plano at Legacy Hall and in Dallas’s Lower Greenville neighborhood. The company is also planning to open another location in Grapevine this month at 480 W. State Hwy. 114, according to state filings.

Son of a Butcher features sliders made from premium Wagyu beef, chicken and black beans. The food menu also includes sides such as onion rings, nacho fries that feature the same Wagyu beef they serve on their sliders and waffle fries. Drinks include shakes, served regular or boozy-style, margaritas, beer and wine and soft drinks.

Their Wagyu beef sliders include the Classic with Comeback sauce, American cheese and a pickle; the PB&J with blackberry jam, bacon, crunchy peanut butter, American cheese and caramelized onion; and The Irishman with sharp Irish cheddar, parsley salad, caramelized onion and Irish stout aioli.

Chicken sliders all feature pieces of fried chicken as the base and then are served as Comeback, Buffalo or Texas Hot. The Comeback features American cheese, comeback sauce and pickle; the Buffalo has buffalo sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, carrot curls, micro celery and ranch; and the Texas Hot includes pimento cheese, hot sauce and pickle. The veggie slider is a house-made black bean patty that comes with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, pickled red onion and pesto mayo. Catering and gift cards are also available.

Son of a Butcher is a concept from Front Burner (FB) Society. The company’s other restaurant concepts include Mexican Sugar, Velvet Taco and Whiskey Cake.
