Spring to Health Apothecary opened its doors Nov. 1 at 900 S. Main St., Ste. 355, in Keller. The core focus of their business is to reunite nature with health and to teach customers that being healthy not only involves fixing a health concern, it also requires a holistic approach to healing.

"I am a believer in healing/medicinal properties of botanicals," Founder and CEO Sophia Qadri said. "I wanted to create a resourceful space for likeminded people who want to explore, learn and share the benefits of botanicals in our community."

As she learned more about a balanced approach to a holistic life, Qadri quickly discovered that it was difficult to find products addressing mind, body and soul issues all in one place. That drove her to open a store where her customers can do just that.

"We have created a resourceful space for all who are seeking a holistic path to reclaim their health and to find balance in their lives. Our product categories include organic loose herbs, herbal teas, tinctures, candles, skin care, CBD and other health supplements. We also brew fresh herbal teas for our customers at our tea bar," Qadri said. "At Spring to Health, we ensure our products are as close to their original, natural form as possible. Our products and services are based on the principle that mind, body and soul work in tandem to achieve wellness and balance in our lives."
