Frontier Airlines announced the addition of 14 routes this spring, including three from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, according to a Feb. 18 news release.

Explained

Starting on April 22, Frontier will fly from DFW Airport to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City. The four-times weekly flights will make trips in each direction on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, according to the release.

Starting on May 22, Frontier will start daily flights to Washington Dulles International Airport and twice a week to Norfolk International Airport in Norfolk, Virginia. Introductory prices for each trip is $29, per the release.

In January, Frontier Airlines announced it was suspending flights to seven different locations out of DFW Airport.

Frontier flights to Jacksonville, Florida; Omaha, Nebraska; Nashville; Pittsburgh; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Sacramento and St. Louis ended on Jan. 5, according to previous reporting.
