The city of Southlake and Tarrant County have entered an interlocal agreement to resurface and rehabilitate Sam Bass Ridge Road. The project will span about 1,800 feet, starting at the road’s intersection with North White Chapel Boulevard and ending at a cul-de-sac. According to the agreement, the county will furnish labor and equipment while the city will pay for materials, remove the existing road materials and handle traffic control, among other expenses. The project will begin sometime this summer to limit traffic disruptions and will take about eight days to complete, according to city of Southlake documents.
