The San Antonio-based company is constructing 55 condominiums called the Residences at Southlake, located at 1530 Meeting St. in Southlake.

The first units will be ready for occupancy in October and the remaining units will be finished in late 2025 or early 2026, Tyler Sibley, vice president of development for Kairoi, said.
Sibley said there will be 22 unit types with various options for two- and three-bedroom residences. The penthouses will feature either a fourth bedroom or a hybrid/flex room. Each bedroom will have at least a half-bath, he said.
There will also be a rooftop skydeck that looks back at Southlake Town Square. Sibley said that it will be the "heartbeat" of the amenities for the community and will have happy hours, dinner parties and other events throughout the year.

Sibley said the company expects a wide variety of residents who will be interested in the development, such as:
- Baby boomers wanting to downsize
- Young families who want to be in Carroll ISD
- Divorcees
- Athletes and entertainers
Condominiums details include:
- Square footage: 1,700 square feet to 3,000 square feet
- Homes on market: 55
- Cost: $8,000 to $30,000 a month
