Here are the latest stats and trends in the Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake areas for the month of February, according to Collin County Area Realtors.
Almost a third of the homes sold in these areas were purchased for more than $1 million.
ZIP codes 76051, 76034 and 76262 all experienced more homes sold year-over-year while the homes sold in ZIP code 76092 remained the same as February 2024.
The Colleyville area saw the most homes sitting on the market, averaging 106 days in February.
The median home sales price jumped the most for Colleyville residents while it decreased the most in the Southlake area.
