The real estate market for the Grapevine-Colleyville-Southlake areas experienced a total of 140 home sales in December, according to data from Collin County Area Realtors. (Courtesy Adobe Stock)

Take a look at the real estate data for the ZIP codes encompassing the Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, Trophy Club and Westlake areas in the month of December. The data includes the number of homes sold, median home sales price and average days on the market.

Exactly 140 homes were sold in the in these areas during the final month of 2024.
