Pokeworks, a fast-casual poke destination, will hold its grand opening Aug. 28 at 2801 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 120, Southlake. Operated by local entrepreneur Jean Xue, this will be the third Pokeworks location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Menu items include a fresh take on Hawaiian-inspired poke bowls and burritos with a customizable menu and online ordering options for pickup or delivery.

“I first learned about poke from my daughter, who follows a strict, healthy diet to compete on the local high school cross country team. Once I tasted it, I decided I wanted to bring a delicious poke experience to Southlake,” Xue said in a press release. “What I love about Pokeworks is the premium seafood, fresh toppings, and house-made sauces, along with our flexible ‘Poke Your Way’ approach to the menu. We’re excited to welcome the Southlake community, and we know our neighbors will fall in love with poke and the way we do things.”
