Southlake City Council approved a request March 2 from Dragon House, a Chinese restaurant, to amend the restaurant's site plan to add a patio near the drive-thru. The restaurant is also looking to update its exterior paint color. Dragon House is located at 2640 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake.
