Providential Custom Homes will host its grand opening on Sept. 29. The model home is located at 2648 Park Grove Loop in Stony Brook, a new 47-lot gated neighborhood in Southlake.
The home is 5,704 square feet with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a swimming pool and a three-car garage, according to Providential Custom Homes’ website. It also has space for media, game and exercise rooms. Homes in the Stony Brook neighborhood will range from $2.25 million to more than $4 million, according to the neighborhood's website.
