The projects
The Bransford Road sidewalk will include an 18,000-square-foot walking path that will connect Colleyville City Park to Shelton Drive. Storm drainage improvements will occur from Leila Lane to Field Street. This project is expected to cost no more than $991,222 and come from Colleyville’s Capital Improvement Project funds, according to city documents.
The sidewalk construction on Montclair Drive will be along the eastern side from Hall Johnson to Glade Road. It will add new sidewalks in spots where there are no pedestrian sidewalks, city documents state.
The scope of the work includes drainage structures, grading and restoration of landscaping. The project is expected to cost no more than $507,993 and will come from Colleyville’s Capital Improvement Project Funds, according to city documents.
A pre-construction meeting will be held to determine the exact construction timeline for the sidewalks on Montclair Drive and Bransford Road, Assistant City Manager Adrienne Lothery said.
