Music and arts will again be a large part of the Trophy Club Women's Club Art & Garden Festival, to be held May 10-12. This free, rain-or-shine event also includes children's activities and will be held at Trophy Club Town Center, 2240 SH 114.

In preparation for the event, Trophy Club Town Council approved a specific use permit on April 26 to allow alcoholic beverages to be sold at the festival. The women's club sought the specific use permit for the sales of alcoholic beverages. Trophy Club Women's Club celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2020, the group stated on its website.

The festival began in 2021, and organizers said on their website that the festival is a "kaleidoscope of creativity and natural splendor. Imagine strolling through lush garden walkways, surrounded by the inspiring beauty of art and nature, all harmoniously blended to create a perfect Mother's Day experience. It's more than just a festival; it's a joyful gathering of families, friends, and art lovers, reveling in the relaxed and family-friendly ambiance that only Trophy Club can offer."

Organizers said donations to the festival go toward local causes, focusing on those that benefit women and children. People may make a cash donation or donate on the website at Trophy Club Women's Club-Mother's Day Art & Garden Festival. People may also sponsor this year's event, and organizers said they have several company sponsorship levels that include booth space, visibility for sponsors' brand and an invitation to the group's VIP event. The club also welcomes sponsorships from individuals in the community who "just want to make a difference."
