Carroll ISD to hold board of trustees election this spring

The Carroll ISD board of trustees approved an order to call a general election May 4 to fill positions in places 4 and 5.

Applications for a place on the ballot opened Jan. 17 and will remain until Feb. 16, according to district documents.

The details

The main early voting location will be at the Tarrant County Elections Administration building off Premier Street in Fort Worth with additional locations to be established with the Notice of Election, according to documents.

Early in-person voting will be conducted on the following dates:

• April 22-26 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• April 27 from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
• April 28 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
• April 29-30 from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

One more thing

Residents voting by mail must send their ballot to Tarrant County Elections by April 23. Electronic voting will also be available at various polling locations.
