Gyro Rice and Spice will serve Mediterranean dishes in Grapevine later this year, said co-owner Krenar Ahmeti.

The menu includes sandwiches, rice bowls, wraps, salads and French fries, Ahmeti said.

Dishes include the gyro, which is gyro meat wrapped in pita bread and includes lettuce, tomato, red onion and sauce, according to Gyro Rice and Spice’s menu. The chicken rice bowl includes chicken, basmati rice and a side salad with red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and house sauce.

The restaurant will be open in the next three to five months, Ahmeti said.

Gyro Rice and Spice opened a location in Trophy Club in July and has another location in Dallas.
