According to a news release, the Grapevine restaurant is now doing table-side cheese wheel pasta, or Pasta alla Ruota, on Tuesday nights.
Chef Vittorio Di Buglione is a native of Bari, Italy, prepares the pasta dish in an aged and imported cheese block and forms a bowl out of lighting it on fire and mixing pasta with the center of the cheese.
The Tuesday event runs from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., according to the restaurant’s website.

The Italian restaurant makes its own pastas, such as lasagna and lobster macaroni and cheese, according to its menu.
The background
Di Buglione said he started working in restaurants when he was 12 and graduated from culinary school in Puglia, Alberghiero di Polignano a Mare. He moved to Texas in 2021 and joined Stellini Trattoria in September 2023.
