Gyro Rice and Spice has opened, serving a menu that features gyros, loaded rice bowls, loaded fries, salads, falafel and house-made sauces like spicy garlic and creamy ziki. In addition, there is honey baklava that is available daily until supplies run out, according to its website.
Gyro Rice and Spice’s first location is in Dallas at SH 75 and Forrest Lane and opened in November 2024, according to its social media page.
In Trophy Club, the business moved into a location that formerly was Poki Bowl. The restaurant opened in Trophy Club in June 2023, according to previous reporting.
