The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque will be expanding its dining room and adding more off-site parking.

Current situation

During the Trophy Club Town Council meeting July 28, the planned development district 25 was amended to reflect changes for the restaurant, which is located at 3000 SH 114.

The changes include the patio dining area being enclosed on the east side of the building, which would allow for an expansion of the dining room by 894 feet. According to previous reporting, the location seats 418 customers.

In addition, 12 parking spaces will be added for the business at the Holiday Inn, according to city documents. The agreement for parking is for a term of 230 months.

Construction will start in early 2026, according to a company official.
