The cookie shop will be housed in a small shopping center that’s still under construction. According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction on the Crave Cookies location will start April 30 and is expected to be complete by July 14.
The total cost of the construction is $102,000 and includes a full build out of the interior of the suite.

Crave Cookies has a rotating menu that features six cookies every week with varying flavors.
The stores always have chocolate chip cookies on hand, as well as non-cookie items such as the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup, which has pistachio cream, milk chocolate ganache, crushed pistachios, fresh strawberries, shredded kataifi dough and crushed chocolate chip cookies, according to the website.
The menu also includes loaded sodas, which customers can customize with syrups, creams and fresh fruit purees, per the website.
