Chef Vittorio Di Buglione is a native of Bari, Italy, and serves authentic recipes and dishes at the restaurant. He moved to Texas in 2021 and joined Stellini Trattoria in September 2023.
“Our dishes are traditional recipes from regions all across Italy,” Di Buglione said. “Our pasta is chef-made and our secret ingredient is the love and passion we put into every dish. And as a chef, I’ll personally add the final touches to each dish to ensure an ultimate flavorful and memorable experience.”
Di Buglione said he started working in restaurants when he was 12 and graduated from culinary school in Puglia, Alberghiero di Polignano a Mare. He said he’s worked at five-star restaurants, including Grotta Palazzese and La Colonna, which he said helped shape his skills and approach to cooking.
Stellini Trattoria also offers catering and has three private rooms to host events, according to its website.
