Nearly two years after Grapevine City Council approved a permit for a new location, Buffalo Wild Wings is set to open.

The restaurant that serves boneless and bone-in chicken wings, chicken sandwiches, hamburgers and more will relocate from 1525 William D. Tate Ave.

City council approved the permit for the restaurant on April 19, 2022.

According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the original timeframe for construction was Sept. 19, 2022 to Feb. 3, 2023. An updated filing showed construction estimated completion date was Dec. 1, 2023.

The restaurant will open at the former location of Spring Creek Barbeque.
