SEMA Construction and the Mustang Court Business Park had permits approved for EV charging spaces during the June 17 meeting.
Two stations will be installed along four parking spots at the SEMA headquarters at 380 S. Nolen Drive. According to the presentation, these chargers will be for employees and corporate visitors.
The Mustang Court proposal features seven charging stations that would take up 14 parking spots at 1825-1855 Mustang Court, according to the presentation.
The EV chargers would serve employees and customers in the business park, according to city documents. Both permits were approved by a 7-0 vote.
If the charging equipment is removed, the parking spaces and impacted landscape area are to be restored to original condition, according to city documents.
