A new industrial property is under construction in Grapevine.

GTIS Partners is constructing 121 Commerce Center at the intersection of Genesis Way and Enchanted Way, according to a news release. Stream Realty Partners will handle the leasing assignment for the 272,160-square-feet building, with access to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, SH 121 and I-635, according to a news release. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 26.

Features that will be in the 16.6 acre development include:
  • 54 dock doors
  • two ramp doors
  • 403 parking spaces
