Grapevine City Council approved a conditional-use permit to allow for a new office building to exceed a height of 50 feet during a joint meeting with the Grapevine Planning and Zoning Commission on Sept. 19.

According to city documents, the new four-story office building will be located on Paycom’s corporate campus. The new office building will be the second phase to a project that was initially approved by council and the commission in 2018.

The location houses a five-story office building, an employees gym and a seven-story parking garage. Representatives of the project said no timeline was publicly available at the time of the meeting.
