Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake have all seen double-digit increases in COVID-19 cases over the last week, according to Tarrant County Public Health data.

Grapevine has seen an increase of 48 cases since June 29, for a total of 221 cases with 89 recoveries and five deaths.

Colleyville has seen an increase of 26 cases since June 29, for a total of 90 cases, including 36 recoveries and no deaths.

During the same time frame, Southlake has seen an increase of 25 cases, for a total of 99 cases, including 43 recoveries and one death.

Tarrant County has seen a total of 14,828 cases, with 820 new cases reported from July 5-6. There have been a total of 238 deaths in the county—an increase of 13 deaths since June 29.


A total of 555 confirmed COVID-19 patients are occupying Tarrant County hospital beds as of July 6. Of the county’s 623 total ventilators, 194 are occupied.

Of the county’s 5,318 hospital beds, 3,558 are occupied as of July 6.
