A building within Morrison Office Park received its second and final green light from Southlake City Council to begin development. Plans feature a two-story building at 305 Morrison Park, Southlake, developed by The Retina Center of Texas. The project will have room for both general office and medical office space to conduct outpatient eye exams, according to meeting documents. The practice will not offer intraocular or LASIK surgeries. The parking lot will also be expanded to accommodate 62 spaces. The site is located north of SH 114 and is part of the larger overall Morrison Office Park development. The council approved the project unanimously April 2 without discussion.
