Cabinet IQ will soon be opening a new showroom in Grapevine.

Owned by franchisees Dacia and Andy Tribble, the couple said they are currently running the business from their house, but the Grapevine location will be open this fall inside Grapevine Towne Center.

Cabinet IQ sells cabinets and counter spaces for kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms to mud rooms. Dacia Tribble said they can bring samples to customers currently while awaiting the Grapevine store to be completed.

She said personal experience played a part in the couple opening this business.


“We looked around and saw the missing link in the home-service division when we built a house,” she said.

The backstory

The Tribbles purchased three territories in North Texas and plans to establish more locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Dacia Tribble said.

There are currently only two such stores in Texas: one in McKinney and another in Cedar Park, near Austin. The Tribbles will have a territory as far west as Eagle Mountain Lake and as far east as the northern part of Richardson.


The business is moving into a spot that formerly was Texas Hot Tub Company closed in December 2024, according to previous reporting.
