Hollywood Feed in Colleyville will be expanding into an adjacent former restaurant, adding 1,200 square feet of retail space, according to a news release from the company.

The updated store will total 4,193 square feet, including space for self-service dog washes and grooming, per the release.

What's happening?

The renovations will start beginning of April and the new space plans to be open at the end of June, Hollywood Feed President Shawn McGhee said. The store will shut down towards the end of construction for about two weeks.

“Growing the size of our stores enables us to meet customer demand for the ever-increasing variety of products and services we provide,” McGhee said. “In addition to greater retail and service areas, our expanded locations offer more freezer space to accommodate fresh, frozen and raw feeding alternatives as well as a larger counter space to better serve shoppers. We’re happy to invest in our stores to enhance efficiency, access, and selection for our customers and their furry family members.”
