The Ridgeland, Mississippi company now operates four buildings that are 100% occupied with 13 different tenants, according to a news release. The cost of the purchase was not announced.
The addition of 492,000 square feet gives EastGroup more than 2.6 million square feet of space in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
