Westlake-based ECI Software Solutions, which provides cloud-based business software for small- and mid-sized businesses, acquired Avid Ratings, according to a news release.

Avid Ratings, which is based in Madison, Wisconsin, provides software solutions for homebuilders to drive sales, improve operations and increase customer satisfaction, according to its website.

ECI CEO Trevor Gruenewald said the addition of Avid Ratings fills a key gap in the company’s portfolio.

“This acquisition aligns perfectly with our commitment to investing in AI and other innovative technologies to deliver comprehensive software suites and keep our customers competitive,” Gruenewald said in a news release.
