Hotel Vin is installing an outdoor greenhouse bar for the 2026 holiday season as part of the seasonal decorations around Grapevine Main Station.
The 374-square-foot Mumm Napa Champagne Bar will include around 22 seats and serve mixed drinks, beer and wine from November until February, according to the city.
Seats will line the interior walls of the structure and the middle will have three cocktail tables to accommodate 6-10 standing tables.
The greenhouse will be on the hotel’s northeast dining patio and is currently only planned for the 2026 holiday season.
The hotel received approval from city council and the planning and zoning commission during their Oct. 20 meeting.

The hotel will also begin annually installing a canvas vestibule in front of the east doors which lead to Harvest Hall.
“Throughout winter, strong winds, cold winds, blow debris into Harvest Hall so we are putting up a temporary structure that should give two doors to block that wind and debris coming in,” said Richard Wales, general manager of Hotel Vin.
The leaves and debris also create a health code issue when blown into the kitchen prep area, according to the city.
The vestibule will be installed yearly from November to March and not for more than 180 days.
