A Southlake business park was purchased by a Fort Worth-based business.

Corinth Land Co. announced it purchased the Bank Street Business Park on July 23.

The 7,2000-square-foot building had six tenants and is 100% occupied, according to the news release.

The business there are:

  • Gas Coffee Company
  • Genex Solutions
  • RAE Holdings
  • Renovations Services
  • Shindigs by Nadia
"We have had our investment radar on the Southlake industrial flex market for quite some time," said Danny Peters, Corinth Land Co.’s broker of record. "As Corinth’s history shows, we are bullish on the North Texas industrial market and anticipate that to be the case for the foreseeable future."

The Fort Worth business was founded in 2006 by Paun Peters and is focused on the development, acquisition and operation of commercial and real estate assets throughout the United States, according to a news release.
