Markham Fine Jewelers is opening in Southlake Town Square.

A May social media post by Mayor Shawn McCaskill mentioned the location is coming to the city. The company website also says the location is coming soon and there is a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

According to the filing, the project was a $95,000 remodel inside the former Banana Republic location. The estimated completion date of the renovations was June 6. No opening date has been announced.

Markham sells a variety of engagement rings, jewelry and watches, according to the company website. The company has an additional location in Frisco.
