My Favorite Place, a woman-focused co-working and social space is now open in Colleyville. The business is a byproduct of a friendship between Brandi Conedera and Tamika Taylor.

Conedera ran Lux Skin Lab and Beauty Bar but closed it in late 2023. She stayed in the building and used it for training and turned a space into a podcast room in January.

Soon, Taylor, who is a mindset and leadership consultant with The Evolution Collective Co., started to come to work with her.

“We were co-working and we realized this is a beautiful space going to waste,” Conedera said.

There are various areas in the former med spa that can be booked for co-working spaces, a small room for a Botox party, a podcast room, a meeting room or to have a luncheon or a small party, Conedera said.


She said the focus is connection, collaboration and community.

“It is a place of understanding, support and in proximity to so many smart and tenacious women,” she said.
