The new owner is James Crawford, who spent years as an engineer before injuries led him to seeking massage therapy for pain relief. This sparked a new career venture where he found Massage Heights and took over in June.
The massage franchise started in 2004 and has grown to more than 100 locations throughout the U.S., providing personalized wellness treatment options through therapeutic massage and skin care services, according to the company website.
