A conditional use permit for the expansion of an auto dealership will allow for the construction of extra building space and more space in the Grapevine Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram facility’s lot.

Council approved the request to add 575 square feet of space to the western portion of Grapevine Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram during the Sept. 19 meeting. City documents also contain information about the demolition of a vehicle sales facility that will create an additional 39 spaces on the lot. Additionally, the permit will allow for the height of the dealership’s main entry to be increased slightly, said Clinton Marburger, executive vice president at LOMA Architecture.
