There are 10 play zones, including Marshmallow Mountain, Gumball’s Gallop, Tumble Temple and an obstacle course. The business, which is open Friday to Sunday only, is open to all ages, according to a news release.
“I’m thrilled to bring the fun and energy of this large-scale amusement to the Dallas area for the first time and give back to the community in the process,” FunBox Grapevine operator George Tadros said in a new release. “FunBox will be the perfect fall fun activity leading up to the holiday season.”
During the grand opening weekend, FunBox donated part of the proceeds from tickets sold to Our Friends Place, a nonprofit organization that provides housing for young women who have aged out of foster care. Locally, FunBox Grapevine will also give back to The Highland School, a co-ed private Catholic school in Irving, according to the news release.
