Nespon is an IT consulting service and service integrator which helps companies that operate Salesforce, one of the most used retail sales technology, according to senior director of marketing Mike Bek. By acquiring the Argentina-based business, Nespon will widen its customer base in Europe and Latin America with the transaction, according to the company.
“With Certa, plus our anticipated acquisitions in 2023 and 2024, we are seeing a material opportunity to expand and attract new clients with our global reach and presence," Nespon Solutions CEO Umer Fazal said in a news release.
Nespon, which also does custom apps and development, moved to Grapevine in early 2022 from Irving. Bek estimated half of the business revolves around Salesforce, and the other is in customer development.
