Less than a week later, Jenny Craig announced it would close all of its weight loss and nutrition locations throughout the United States and Canada.
The company website states “It’s with a heavy heart, we’re announcing the close of our business. The last 40 years would not have been possible without you.” The Southlake location's Facebook page also announced the closure May 4.
Jenny Craig operated 28 locations in Texas and nearly a dozen in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
