The Standards of Care are the minimum requirements the city of Southlake and Community Services Department operates city programs for elementary school-age children, per city documents. The Parks and Recreation board unanimously approved the Standards of Care at an Oct. 14 meeting, leading to a first reading and approval by council at a Oct. 15 meeting, according to city documents.
