Several streets near Frisco Square and Toyota Stadium will close in preparation of and for the North Texas Turkey Trot.

Nov. 27

In front of the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center, a portion of Simpson Plaza will close beginning at 5 p.m., according to the city’s website.

Motorists can approach City Hall and the public library but cannot park directly in front of the building. Parking is available at the free garage at the back of the building.

Nov. 28 (race day)


Streets surrounding Frisco Square and Toyota Stadium will be closed between 6-10 a.m., per the website.

Main Street will close between Dallas Parkway and John W. Elliott Drive; Frisco Street will close between Main Street and Eldorado Parkway; and most streets in Frisco Square between Main Street and Page Street will close.

For alternate routes, travelers can use Dallas Parkway, Eldorado Parkway and North County Road or John W. Elliott Drive, Page Street and Dallas Parkway.

Race participants will park in the west parking lots of Toyota Stadium or in the parking garage behind City Hall.
