Transportation update: Main Street widening




The Main Street widening project is expected to continue through mid-2019. The roadway is being widened to six lanes from the Dallas North Tollway to FM 423 while underground power lines and a water line are being installed in the median.

Timeline: October 2017-June 2019
Cost: $27.6 million
Funding sources: city of Frisco, Brazos Electric Cooperative
