Collin and Tarrant counties saw median home sales prices decrease in November 2023 compared to November 2022 while Dallas County saw an increase. Median sales prices reported in Denton County were the same as last year.

The monthly supply of homes decreased in Collin and Denton counties but increased in Tarrant and Dallas counties, according to data from Collin County Area Realtors. Collin County’s real estate market was the only area to report a decrease in average days a home spent on the market.
