City staff estimated the restaurant at 4110 Preston Road has roughly three months of work when Mayor Jeff Cheney asked for a reopening date, according to a presentation given by Frisco city staff on Feb. 11 during its annual winter work session.
The restaurant has removed interior finishes and most kitchen equipment, the presentation stated, and is waiting on new equipment to arrive before they can restore the kitchen. Over the past several months, the restaurant has been coordinating with the city of Frisco to discuss expectations and a scope of work.
La Hacienda Ranch could not be reached for comment.
