The Cadence will open in 2021 at 4160 Gridiron Road, Frisco. The 322-unit luxury apartment home community, which broke ground this fall, will be five stories with one- and two-bedroom units, studios and townhomes. Preleasing will begin in summer 2020. www.hillwood.com
