Collin County announced it is set to receive 42,900 COVID-19 vaccine doses next week—a significant increase compared with the 45,875 total doses allotted in the first seven weeks of the vaccines’ availability.

Indian restaurant Mughlai Express coming to Frisco in March

Dallas’ Mughlai Fine Indian Cuisine is expanding to Frisco with Mughlai Express, which will open in March at 5355 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 600, Frisco.

Plano

Plano's second Meineke location now open

Meineke began offering service and repairs for cars in Plano on Jan. 11. The shop, located at 3021 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, is the company's second location in Plano.

Richardson

Richardson restaurant and spirits manufacturer Lockwood Distilling Co. finds voice amid pandemic

Lockwood Distilling Co. really came into its own in its first year of business, co-owner Sally Batt said. That inaugural year was also marked by the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

Indian street food restaurant Adda coming to Richardson Restaurant Park

Adda plans to hold its grand opening Feb. 15 in the Richardson Restaurant Park development, located at 744 S. Central Expressway, Ste. 230, Richardson. The event is slated to feature a DJ and a Valentine's Day theme. The eatery will serve Indian and Pakistani street food with global influences.
