The development will be called The Creek on 121, according to city documents.
The Planning and Zoning Commission approved plans for the project at part of its consent agenda May 13. The project will need final approval from City Council.

At the May 13 meeting, the commission approved a plat for the project, which divides up each lot on the property. The commission has the final approval on plats and site plans.
The development could also include five restaurants and two retail buildings.
Three of the restaurants are expected to have drive-thrus. The overall development is expected to span more than 73 acres.
