Families are invited to watch a free movie at the Monument Realty PGA District on weekends throughout October. Movie concessions will be available for purchase, and The Dance Floor and The Swing will be available for play.

Frisco Starfest occurs the second Saturday of each month at Frisco Commons Park. Guests are allowed to bring blankets, lawn chairs, telescopes, and binoculars. This event is open to the public and will feature several telescopes set up for viewing.

Play Frisco is hosting a skateboarding competition. The event allows for skateboards only; scooters will not be allowed. Riders under age 12 must wear a helmet. The competition includes events for riders age 13 and under, age 35 and older, and all ages.
