1. Dumpling House finds success in niche market
Dumplings can be ordered steamed, pan fried or boiled. In addition to dumplings, the restaurant has a wide variety of traditional Chinese restaurant menu options such as Kung Pao chicken, Szechuan beef and sesame Chicken. Manager Jacob Jiang said he uses recipes from his parents’ Chinese restaurant for these dishes.
