The food menu offers a variety of wing options, with sauces ranging in heat from honey garlic, the mildest, to ghost ship, the hottest.
Anchor Bar’s history includes Teressa Bellissimo making the first "Buffalo Wing" in 1964 at Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York.
“Teressa had deep fried the wings and flavored them with a secret sauce,” the company’s website states. “The wings were an instant hit and it didn’t take long for people to flock to the bar to experience this new taste sensation. From that evening on, 'Buffalo Wings' became a regular part of the menu at the Anchor Bar.”
Pizza, burgers, pasta, salads and more are available on the menu. The drink menu features light, classic and Mexican lagers. IPAs, wheat, stouts, dark beer and more.
Anchor Bar, which is headquartered in Buffalo, New York, has locations across the nation including three other Texas locations in Round Rock, San Antonio and Schertz.
